Working with i2p eliminates the need for us to hire multiple IT employees. This frees us up to manage qualified staff more closely.
Founded in 1971, the architectural firm BBBL has two offices, in Montréal and Mirabel, more than fifty employees, and temporary project offices.
BBBL began working with i2p nearly 20 years ago, as the company wanted support in computerizing its offices to remain on the cutting edge at a time when computer-aided design was become standard in architectural practices.
The service agreement with i2p includes maintenance of computing equipment and support as the company's needs evolve. i2p specialists advise BBBL in choosing software and also manage licenses for the technical design software Autodesk, a time-consuming process that architects prefer to outsource. i2p ensures that the workstations are up-to-date with the latest technologies, heavy-duty design programs, and 3D modeling software.
“Working with i2p eliminates the need for us to hire multiple IT employees. This frees us up to manage qualified staff more closely. They can operate remotely, which also saves on lost time. i2p’s specialists propose concrete solutions to optimize the productivity of our teams. Because in our line of work, the efficiency of design and modeling programs must be optimal at all times!”
