Collaboration with i2p since 2001
i2p employees swiftly adjust to our way of doing things and our staff. They always follow up in a personalized way.
Founded in 1981, the mission of the Collège d’études ostéopathiques is to provide high-quality training to students in traditional osteopathy.
At the beginning of the new millennium, the Collège wanted to computerize its facilities, so i2p set up a centralized database that was accessible to all employees. Later, i2p introduced wireless access in the classrooms and conference rooms.
The Collège opted for an agreement with a monthly bank of hours, known as i2+, for the management of its IT environment. Every two weeks, an i2p technician goes on site to perform updates and handle requests. i2p’s monitoring platform allows the Collège to detect where calls are coming from and check on their relevance if necessary.
This long-standing collaboration with i2p has helped the Collège to increase effectiveness, thanks in particular to remote access that allows problems to be quickly corrected without hindering production. It has also boosted network security with preventative updates and back-ups stored externally, ensuring that the Collège’s data are protected.
Further, the Collège d’études ostéopathiques is about to reach an agreement with i2p for its Vancouver and Toronto campuses to facilitate and harmonize file processing.
“i2p employees swiftly adjust to our way of doing things and our staff. They always follow up in a personalized way, so we don’t have to re-explain our way of doing things and our history to a new service provider. They’re always available and provide excellent follow-up visit every two weeks.”
