Purpose of the Policy

i2p informatique d’entreprise inc. (hereinafter referred to as “i2p”) is a consulting firm that provides IT services to businesses in order to develop, support and optimize their IT environment. i2p understands the importance of privacy and is committed to implementing reasonable procedures and security measures to protect all Personal Information provided to it.

    • Invisible reCAPTCHA: We use an invisible captcha service called reCAPTCHA. reCAPTCHA is operated by Google. The reCAPTCHA service may collect information from you and your device for security purposes.     • Other technological means: We use questionnaires available online on our platforms or applications, as well as other platforms or form tools, such as Microsoft Forms and the contact form on the website.

3. Disclosure of Your Personal Information

i2p must obtain the consent of the person concerned before disclosing Personal Information.

However, sharing Personal Information with third parties is sometimes necessary. Accordingly, Personal Information may be disclosed to third parties without the consent of the person concerned in certain cases, including, but not limited to, the following:

i2p undertakes to respond within 30 days of receiving any request. If the request cannot be processed within this period, the applicant will be informed of the reasons justifying the extension, the status of their request and the additional time required.

Changes of the Privacy Policy

i2p will update this Policy when necessary to reflect changes in our practices in accordance with applicable laws. This Policy is also made available by any means appropriate to reach the persons concerned. We will update the Policy on our Website and in any other place where it is accessible as soon as a change to the Policy becomes effective.
